180-210 psi depending on age, mileage.
more important that they are fairly similar to each other.
within 10psi per cylinder ideally

thats fine compressiOn wise, head could have been skimmed if its slightly high

tester kit that i borrowed recommended 10 seconds
think you need to take all of the plugs out, not just the one from the cylinder you are testing.
obviously remove the coil lead,
also recommended to cut the fuel at the relay or fuse

well i counted 10 secs to be perfectly honest
that way i new i would get roughly the same reading if they compression was ok

yeah got ya u2u...... i would say them results are fine if not encoraging, looks like the rings/head gasket/valves are sound

nah i have had it fired up for the first time and it ran like a dream, turned it off and then it wudnt start again, then when it does start it misses its tits off! got a few codes up on ecu though so am gonna chage a few parts and see what happens
