right im wanting to put a 1.6 engine in my corsa sport but i dont know whether to go for the c16xe or the x16xe, which one is the best to go for? is it just a matter of dropping the engine in with ecu or do i have to change the looms? also did these engines come with f15 gearboxes? ive been told that these are the best gearbox you can have, if anyone knows anything about all this i would be very very greatfull for any advise thanx

C16XE are hard to come by these days, most are around 10years old too so hard to find a decent one. you can get an X16XE which is 5 years old and still lowish mileage. if i was you, i would look for an X16XE.
the c16 is slightly more powerful but not by much. the F13 gearbox in your Sport is more than up to the task, since its ratios are very similar to the F15.

They are pretty much identical in design, the power is roughly the same but the C16XE has slightly. But the chances are you will find an X16XE for cheaper and with less miles. U will need to change the loom & ecu & transponder chips.
