i wana turn the feature off on my phone, When for example you send a text message to a friend it instantly sends u a network message telling u your balance, how do i turn this balance alert thing off? (phone is a naff motorol v630 or something and its on 02.) thanks

There is a way on some phones.

Its on the settings, summary after call or somthing like that. Try that

I work in an O2 shop..always been told it isnt possible. If it can be done, im sure it can only be done on a small number of phones.

It can definitely be done on any phone by phoning customer services.

If certain phones can do it from a menu it'll just have the appropriate code programmed into the phone and this should work from any phone as well.

there should be something saying delivery reports in your message settings switch them to off there you go

Fair enough. I work in a kent O2 shop, not gonna say which one as it may increase the amount of customers coming in my shop and i dont like customers

It's not delivery reports either.

If you work in an o2 shop and didn't know it could be done I doubt you will be getting many customers.

John is correct. I rang O2 and had it sorted. You can have that annoying woman who says "your calling credit is running low" switched off too

Me also as if i forget to Ok it then my phone doesn't tell me if i've got a message. Rather annoying
