I need a 2nd phone line in the house we already have a BT can we just phone up TALKTALK and ask for a line or do we have to go to BT to get the 2nd line put in?

ring talktalk, but they may say you need to go through BT.
Make sure you get an actual second line and NOT a box that splits your current line in two.

BT will be the people to get the line installed (isn't cheap), then get talktalk to do the phone package etc etc

BT will install the line for £125.
Thats why Im gonna be getting virgin

No virgin have there own lines (as long as you're in a cable area). There install fee is £25 but if you do it online you can get a £10 or £20 discount depending what services you take out.

Can you use a sep dial up account with a broadband on same line?
