i have ecu transponder but no chip, chip was sent in the post but i havent recieved it, if the worse happens and i dint recieve it can you get a chip made or have the ecu reprogrammed?

Yes, you can have the ecu immobiliser erased for about 250quid.
Look in the box or whatever it was sent it, the transponder is fooking tiny, and easy to loose.

250 quid wat a rip off lol, yea i no wat the chip is, its smaller than a 5p lol.

Or you can take it to Vaux and they can program a new chip to your ECU... but that isnt cheap either.
