Getting one for Xmas, want to buy myself a couple of games for Christmas day so I can stay away from the family and generally be uber anti social.
What to get guyz?  I'm really liking the look of The Simpsons game if I'm absolutely honest 
I got another controller too so I can possibly play 2 player games, suggestions? I'm also interested in a wheeeeel for racing games - suggestions?
help me spend money.

considered a 360 elite? you can get a brilliant FF wheel for that.
you should weigh up both consoles really. If its still a ps3 then go for it

Depends what games you like. I hated motorstorm, but loads love it - crazy racing game.
I really like Resistance - alien monsters FPS
Good online game is available to download of PSN for about £20. Munchie off here has it but I can't remember the name now. Think you just fly around blowing up stuff though by the sound of it.

Semi-realistic racing get a copy of Gran Tursimo 3 or 4 for the PS2, can't beat it. Not at all realistic but quite fun, Need for speed.
Nothing really 'GTA style' yet, though the new one is in development. Some good shooting games though.
Best bet is to look here - http://uk.playstation.com/games-media/browse/
And pick the right category and then probably ask on here again what we think

I played the Demo of Simpsons and it's actually alright. It's certainly not a bad game.

I would still try cod4 just for the online play.

Lego Star Wars was a massive disappointment for me. Considering the reviews and stuff it's been getting I was massively let down. I think it's shit, and far too repetitive. It's quite hard too sometimes, on a few occasions I had no idea what I was meant to do next!
