got an xe in my corsa im getting the engine managment light doin a sequence on my dash constantly 1flash the pause then 2flashs this carrys on whilst the car is running until u turn the engine off any ideas?

Its flashing you a code without you doing the paperclip test? code 12 just means diagnostics have started and if there are no more codes there are no other faults
