Cross platform doesn't work as said. It probably never will, there is a big difference in terms of gameplay between the 2.

Yep, a mouse is far more accurate and alot faster than a gamepad.

well its possible because shadowrun already lets you play pc players on xbox.
but no other games do, be a bit unfair any way using a mouse surely?
