Hdd could have come unseated or just fucked, try removing and replacing or buy a new one.

Might just be the cable, take it apart and re-seat them. Be careful though as they're easy to damage.

Sorry, forgot I'd posted this!
It says Internal hard disk drive not found to resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive.
No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility
Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics.
Its a Dell Inspiron 1545
Havent got a clue how to "reseat" them
