a mate of mine was doing the gaskets on my gearbox and has dropped one of the gear selector bolts in where the gear selector goes in

fell right down past the cogs


tried tipping it upside dont and shaking it but nothing i can hear it rattling inside but wont wiggle out is there anything i can do ...
