Use the forum, you will get a proper reply there as it's open for the public to see.
I had connection problems for months and I was calling talk talk only for them to say all is fine, Joined the forum and got it sorted in under a week, 10-11mbps for £12 a month and never cuts out now.

What's your issue Twiggster? I had problems with mine recently, got home one day and my net had been turned off Saying that, I do otherwise like them.

They cut me off this time last year (for no reason!!) charged me a disconnection fee
Reconnected 2mths later with a charge.
Taking out incorrect amounts on DD so cancelled the DD and got a charge.
Moved to Sky March/April this year and told them to shove it and cancel it.
They are still billing me and have a current bill of nealy £200 !!!!
