My iPhone is jailbroken, and ive just had vodafone unlock it for me. Now all i have to do is connect it to iTunes and restore it apparently.
Ive heard a couple of people say that this will 'brick' the phone.
Is this true??
Cheers all.

Three Denmark offer free unlock on their website with the use of IMEI. Can't see why it shouldn't work on a British phone, tbh.

Just to clarify. Typing your IMEI in the box sends an unlock prompt to Apple (same as they do in the stores). Upon next restore, by connecting to iTunes, the phone should be unlocked.

Is that on the Denmark site Simon? They will only have the same name, it's not actually the same people.
