Author bad idle and missing at 3500rpm

hey guys my c20xe corsa as the title says has a realy lumpy idle and misses when accelrating at 3500rpm. There was a fault code on the ecu no 66 but the lambda is ok and there was a wire that had been broken to the air flow meter so i fixed the wire and then turned the engine managment light off but it still runs exactly the same so could it be fueling or ...... im stumped now any help would be great

unplug the battery for an hour to reset the ecu, then try again, if it still doesnt work then you will get another fault code, if you dont get a code then we can start fault finding but try that first
