Anyone know? I googled, but all i got was some shit they did in 2006ish.
Im currently getting ~5Kbps

I thought Tiscali had been bought by TalkTalk? I was with Tiscali and it's TalkTalk now anyway. Not sure if they throttle, I schedule everything for the early hours anyway.

Yea i think it is TalkTalk now. Ive not noticed such a slow DL before :/

Well, if you're using torrents then it's not necessarily your broadband at fault. Also, you can only download as fast as whatever server will allow. Do a speed test @ http://www.speedtest.net if you're concerned.
