2 wire coming off of the fan , where do they go? want the fan on a switch if possible , how do you do it?

Just put your switch between the two std switch wires, Just extend each wire

You only need to extend one wire, only one connection needs to be broke, for example if the live was broke thered be no power to it, and likewise if earth was broke it wouldnt start, just extend one wire into the 'cab' one side into the switch the from the switch back to the other half of the wire you split, thats how i've got mine on my 'b'

off the fan one wire to the switch another wire off the switch to + on batt and other wire off the fan to a earth on the shell or to - on the batt

i'f you do it that way make sure you put an inline fuse in as close to the battery as possible!

No it will need a relay drawing that current.

Use that switch for your ignition switched live then use a relay. Setup like this.....

ive never used a relay, always dont it direct to the batt with a inline fuse probs a 5amp?
