hi,
could does anyone have a parts list of everything needed to rebuild a c16xe pistons, crank, rods are fine just need to know all the other little bits that i need to buy

Depends on how far you are rebuilding it. You already said that your not changing pistons,which is probaly one of the major part. You will also need main bearings, big end bearings, arp rod bolts would help too. Also new headgsket set with valve stem oil seals plus inlet and exhaust gakets. Could also do with getting valve seats re-cut or at least lap them in. Check valve guides and maybe replace. Also new cambelt and tesioners and water pump. Maybe new lifters if they are noisy. You could take it as far as you want really and replace as much as you want. Hope that gives you an idea im sure people will add to that.

no not really just protech 4-1 manifold, custom inlet manifold, maybe cams, stainless system, and probably a dta as my garage can get them cheap.

big and little end bearings
arp rod bolts
piston rings
block honed
sump gasket
new oil pump
new water pump
sbd cambelt rollers
new tensioner and belt
head gasket
get the head flowed and rebuilt with valves re-cut (gary on mig £250)
new clutch
